MINT TINKLE
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. granulated sugar 6 tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. mint extract Drop of green food coloring 1 qt. ginger ale
Methods/steps
Combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring continually. Remove and let cool. Add lemon juice, extract and coloring. Before serving add ginger ale. Serve over ice (crushed ice is better). Garnish with lemon and sprigs of fresh mint.
