where to eat hue vietnamese food?

Where is a good place that serve hue vietnamese food in houston texas? I do not want to try saigon or bac food. I recently moved to houston, and I missed by mom cooking. My mom only cook hue cuisine. since my family are orginally from hue. :-)

I sometimes understand saigon and bac dialect, but it's way too high pitch to me. me being from central and all.

I don't live in the US, but I can tell you, the best way is to learn how to cook it. It is not difficult since you already have the taste in your head. I am originated from Hue as well, and my favorite cooking is Hue cuisine.
