I loved wagon wheel pasta when i was a kid, I loved when my mom made them for me.

One of my comfort foods - Mini wagon wheel pasta topped with meat sauce (cubed bottom round roast seasoned well and browned then simmered in burgundy wine till tender, then "pulled" and added to red gravy) and grated Italian cheese.

More comfort food. Homemade mac (tiny pasta shells) and cheese (shredded 4 cheese) with tuna.

Cheese steak - broiled flank steak on a sesame seed long roll with melted muenster and yellow american cheese (the others had muenster, provolone, swiss and american cheese on theirs), fried onions, mushrooms, red and green bell peppers.

thank you KC!!

that meal sounds awesome! i would love to see some pics!!

OFF TOPIC:

i will be off to work in about 1 hour. i hope the traffic will be light but we are expecting lots of wind (40 mph gusts) and rain. i heard nor'easter last night

i must admit that i have a few butterflies in my tummy. another seasonal call back to another new revamped website and POS. when is the dog to old to teach new tricks? LOL i hope biz picks up enough that this will last longer than the end of the year this time. one thing is that 3 people from last year are gone sooooooooooooooooo........

so i came on here to calm myself down a bit.

ok back to topic

I got home from work at 7 pm and dinner was on the table and served at
8:30 pm!! Thank God it was a small roast.

Eye round roast, baked tater topped with butter, sour cream and chives, steamed and buttered carrots and celery and burgundy gravy.
