 Recipe for tofu luc lac- (Vietmanese Charbroiled tofu) or Lemon Grass Tofu? We sometimes dine @ La Viet Restaurant in Houston. My 3 yr old son loves their Tofu Luc Lac- a dish of scrumptious tofu that is springy (not hard or soft) that melts in your mouth. It has a nice sauce, lots of garlic and onions and is served with cooked lettuce. This is not the beef version (bo luc lac). Also looking for good recipe for spicy lemon grass tofu- especially how to prepare the lemon grass form the stalk. THANKS!  |
