 Anybody good with Thai recipes? I'm dying to figure out how to make this Thai dish. I used to order it at a restaurant by my old work but can't find the recipe anywhere. It was basically chicken with bamboo basil in a creamy curry sauce served over white rice. The sauce was NOT red, it was like yellow but I think they call it green curry? I keep finding recipes for the red curry sauce that's not it. Also, where do you get bamboo? And how do you cook it? I've never cooked any type of Thai food before. Thanks!  |
