Some help with a Spanish food/menu project?

 Some help with a Spanish food/menu project? I have this idea for my students who are about to begin a chapter on food. The book has suggested a student project of creating a menu that includes different appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks. I LOVE this idea, but I would like to add a written component to the project. I would like for the students to work in groups (2-3) to create a menu for a restaurant but also for each student to individually write a critique (aka restaurant review) of the restaurant/menu. I would like to be able to show them some examples without having to create all of them myself. Is this too ambitious or could someone please send me some links or suggestions to get this project done? Thanks a million. (Only serious replies please)  |
