Spanish food please. 10 points!?

ok please im doing a spanish project and i have to make a spanish menu please have a list of morning foods, lunch, dinner, appitizers,sides, juice, and w/e u can think of. please it has to be spanish food like part of the spanish culture. dont give me nachos,tacos,tamalles, or anything simple it has to be elegant spanish food please thank you!

Churros with Chocolate

Basic ingredients

* 250ml water
* 50ml sunflower oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 200g flour

* 115g dark chocolate
* 1 litre milk
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 4 tbsp sugar
* caster sugar
* oil for deep frying


Steps:

1. Put the water (250ml), oil, and salt in a heavy pan and bring to the boil

2. Turn the heat down and add the flour - beat togther until the mixture forms a ball then remove from heat

3. Heat the oil for deep frying until very hot

4. Using a icing syringe, pipe thick strips into the oil and fry until golden brown.

5. Place on a plate and sprinkle with the caster sugar

6. For the chocolate sauce place the chocolate and half the milk in a pan and heat

7. Dissolve the cornflour in the rest of the milk and mix into the chocolate together with the sugar

8. Continue heating the mixture on a low heat stirring constantly

9. Once the mixture has thickened remove from the heat and whisk until really smooth and serve with the warm churros (donuts)



Lemon Drink

Ingredients

* Juice of 4-6 lemons (depending on size)
* ½ litre water
* 100 gr sugar

Method

* Heat together sugar and water.
* When sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
* Stir in lemon juice.
* Allow to cool.
* Place in freezer until ALMOST frozen.
* Mush with electric mixer into thick purée.
* Serve icy-cold with a straw.
