I am in need of easy tilapia recipes?

I went over board and bougtht a huge bag of individually wrapped frozen tilapia fillets.

No clue how to cook them (or cook them good atleast)

Also, any idea how long they will stay good for?

You can bread them or batter dip them and fry them
You can use blackened seasoning on them and fry them in a pan with either cooking spray or a little oil.
There are many ways/recipes for baking them. If you find a recipe that calls for say: cod or some other white filet you can use tilapia instead.
I have also put them on heavy duty foil (one filet per packet) with some dark sesame oil and soy sauce and a little garlic powder and a squeeze or three of lime juice. Then throw on some sliced red and or green peppers, water chestnuts, and snow peas and then wrapped it closed (like a packet..not too tightly closed) and threw them on the grill. They were great! And I made rice on the side.
