Default snack sandwich (poppy seed, mustard coating on bread)?

A lady served these delicious little finger sandwiches at church.

she took little rolls, sliced them in half, filled them with cheese and ham, then put them back together.

then mixed worchisire sauce, mustrd, pobby seeds and butter, then brushed it on top and baked them

anyone ever heard of these?

if so, what is the exact measurements of the toppings?
