 My neighbor has a LOUD bird... my other neighbor plays loud bass... I'm... ...sandwiched between noise!!? I live in an apartment. How can I tell someone to shut their bird up? That's not even possible. The guy with the loud music is easy.. but the bird.. ugh... no peace to be had.  |
