 How many plates and glasses should I buy to open a cafe with sandwiches, salads,... ...juices and desserts? Hi, I plan to open a small restaurant which will offer gourmet sandwiches, salads, dessert, juices and coffee. The restaurants cappacity is up to 45 people aprox. Thanks!  |
