 how many calories do you this are in this caesar salad? A small size with minimal dressing and two croutons. Plenty of green leafs. I'm not sure how many calories to log in? Thanks!  |

| Hi there! With salad, there are no worries at all, from what you wrote there, I would say maybe around 50, at the hugest maximum a hundred calories, but definitely not more. Salad and especially green leaves have so very little calories it is completely okay to eat it whenever you want. Another such food is cucumber, they are basically only water, they have almost no calories and they’re a great snack! |
