walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese)? What dressing goes well with salad that includes mixed greens, dried cranberries, walnuts, and Gorgonzola cheese?

An acquaintance at the gym was talking about this salad but I can't remember what she said she used for dressing. Do you have a good dressing recipe for this?

I don't know what salad you are talking about, but a "poppy seed vinaigrette" would be very nice. I googled a recipe for you:

Vinaigrette

* 1/3 cup sugar
* 3 tablespoons water
* 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

(substituting the lime juice for apple cider vinegar would also be good).
