 What is a good alternative to rice/pasta/bread in meals? I eat a a lot of rice/pasta/bread because that is what i've always eaten and also because i don't know what they can possibly be replaced with in my meals. I am getting quite tired of them now but i dont know what i could replace them with. Any suggestions for healthy meals that are not rice/pasta/bread (or noodles) based and that a student can prepare without too much hassle? Thanks :-)  |
