Lipton rice sides/herb+butter, what can i make with this?

Okay, So I'm on an ultra-cheap budget, while grocery shopping one day I found a sale on lipton rice sides, 50 cents each, .... usually i love these things and will cook them with ground turkey , and its one of my favorite things, so on random impulse i bought in bulk, (usually they are like up to $2) and am now left with way too many of these things in my cupboards, but am sick of ground turkey/rice with them.... still on a strict budget, instead of buying something else I'm wondering if there is a new way i can use these and make something different, any ideas? I'm a horrible cook , so just looking for something simple, with at least somewhat of a diff. taste......... Thanks ^_^

I make this rice salad all the time. It's great for a buffet, since you can serve it hot, cold or room temp... and it keeps a long time in the refrigerator.....You could also add some leftover, cooked chicken to it, if you wanted....

ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD
1 pkg. chicken flavored rice mix (anything will really work)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1 (6 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut up
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Make rice according to package. Mix everything else into the hot rice and mix well.... Serve hot, cold or room temp
