i'm tired of thinking what to cook everyday after work,tired of cooking usual menu like, adobo, sinigang, etc... i need a new filipino recipe...please!

You can use this with shrimp or squid. It's luike for sizzling.

tancha tancha nalang.

soy sauce
sugar
a small amount of vinegar, like a tbsp for every kilo.

sautee your seafood with garlic and onion.remove first, then add a bit of water with the 4 ingredients above. simmer for a bit and add the seafood again. add a lot if you want a lot of sauce.

I also use this recipe as a marinade for chicken barbecue. It's really one of my favorite recipes.

Tuna rice

1 can century tuna hot and spicy
3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 cups of rice

sautee garlic in the tuna oil until brown. add the rice and the tuna. season with salt and pepper, cook until a bit dry. add bagoong if you like.ive been told that bagoong makes it better.

Longganisa or sardines pasta.

Longganisa pasta just needs longganisa(only the ground meat; remove the covering.) and garlic. sautee the garlic in olive oil and add the meat. when cooked add the pasta.

same thing for the sardines. only add tomatoes too.
