I always wash my meat when I bring home from the store. I just washed my husband tonight haa Seriously I really do wash my meat when I bring it home from the market and it doesn't spoil the taste just make sure you pat dry before cooking, adding spices or freezing.

It Will Only Take Away The Flavor If It Has A Marinade Or Dry Or Wet Rub Or Brine On.
