Default Give the dog a pork chop?

Okay how do I sautee boneless pork chops? I do like the way they taste when they are baked and I am not going to be grilling tonight? And what kind of oil do I use in the pan? Thanks.
Sorry I meant I do NOT like the way they taste when they are baked.
