Default Looking For A Polish Kabasa Recipe?

I am looking for a recipe for polish kabasa (sp?) My grandma made it all the time when I was younger, and I just cannot find a recipe that sounds like the was she made it. She learned from her mom, who learned from her mom, who brought the recipe with her from Poland. It has something like red relish or red dill relish in it, I know this is vague, but that is all I can remember. Does anyone out there have any good recipes?

This is what's called " a big ol' mess " as my son would say, 1lb. sausage , 1 - 3 bannana peppers , or jalapeno , sliced , 1 green pepper, sliced, 1sweet onion, sliced/or chunked, 1 cup tabasco, 1 10 ounce jar of sweet-n-sour sauce, you should chunk cut the sausage, place it all into a frying pan except the tabasco ,and the sweet-n-sour - mix these two together in a pan then pour over the top, heat on medium low for about a 1 hr., turning about every 10 min. makes enough for 5-8 people as appetizers, or 4 people as a main dish. if you want you dont have to slice any of it you can chunk cut everything , also if you want , you can place it in a foil bag and cook it on the grill My son loves it but I cant put the hot peppers in if he's eating it ... If you do chunk everything you can also use skewers to serveit ,or place over crusty french bread...
