Would taking Chemistry benefit someone wanting to become a Pastry Chef?

| Only if was part of the required curriculum. Getting a degree seems to have a lot of unneeded BS attached - the point being that you will be a well rounded person with a degree when you leave the education system. The basics are - anything to do with making pastry. |
