Does anybdy have a recipe for apples wrapped with pastry?

| My fiance' has been trying to describe this apple treat he had. Here it goes. he said that it's a medium size apple that has been cored and peeled. Then a pastry dough is wrapped around it and a cinnamon stick is put in while it bakes..Now, I can bake I can't seen to nail the concept without burning the pastry. Anybody, somebody? Help |
