Help--How do I use my convection Oven? LOL

Default Help--How do I use my convection Oven? LOL

I rented a home and it has a Kitchen Aide Convection Oven.
I want to Bake about 14 Potatoes. The Oven has a "Convection Bake"
digital button--But I have NO IDEA how to use it, how long to bake them or on what temperature! Does anyone know how I would do this?
What I want is for them to cook faster--and NOT be burnt. 14 potates are a lot to cook. Someone HELP! The steaks will be done soon--and the kids JUST brought the potatoes in! LOL

for something like a potato, it shouldn't have much effect. just check them after 45 minutes, but it should still take an hour at 350. other things like pie crust and things that will brown is when you will notice the difference. it doesn't really cook food faster, it will just brown it better
