What are the logistics of organic food companies?

 What are the logistics of organic food companies? This is for a school project. I would like to know the logistics involved for the organic foods company, Whole Foods Market. From start to end, how and where they get the raw food to how it finally gets on the retail shelves for purchase. I am having trouble finding this information, or instead of it being spoon-fed to me, can I be directed to helpful links and resources for this information? Thank you!  |
