I would like to know. " all natural " and "organic" food . are they same??

| I love to shopping in the organic food section in grocery. I always pick up " organic".. Recently I notice they have natural and organic in that section..just like to know whats the different..? |

| From what I can tell, marketers have quite a bit of creative license when it comes to using those terms. The produce and meat that is labeled "organic" always looks better, but I am suspicious that it is not much more organic that the rest of the food. |

| Organic food refers to food items that are produced, manufactured and handled using organic means defined by certifying bodies such as the (USDA) under its Organic Food Products Act. Natural food, on the other hand, generally refers to food items that are not altered chemically or synthesized in any form. These are derived from plants and animals.
