| cook the meat...chick beef pork whatever you want...cut it up or shred it or however you like it wrap it poor a lil bit of enchalada sauce in with the meat and wrap a small amount in a corn or flour tortilla after rolling them put them in corning ware and poor enchalada sauce and lots of cheese on it and put it in the oven on 350-400 degrees for about 20 min or until cheese is melted....and serve and eat...YUMMY |
