Default How do the cooks make the seasoning stick to the meat? ?

When you get your steak its all nice and plump and around the edges there is a seasoning crust, how do i get that crust. please spell it out for me..

They use a steak rub and lots of it. Cake it on, it will loose a lot while cooking.

You need to pat it dry with a paper towel first.
Then press the edge into a saucer of spices.
