Default What all can be cooked on a campfire using STICKS ONLY. No foil, no gril,

only sticks. Meats? Vegitables? etc? My wedding reception will be outside with lots of campfires. I think it would be cool to have guests cook their own food. What all can be cheaply acquired and cooked over a campfire smore style?
*I know some people think it is tacky and I welcome their input because potential guests may have the same reaction. However, the wedding will be out on a prarie in the middle of nowhere (not my choice on his familys land run land)! There is no electricity and tent rentals etc are out of the question. I am trying to get creative here.

Buy some bottled marinades; several of them.

Pre-skewer everything so that people can just grab one and cook it.

Good options for skewers:

*sirloin, chicken, shrimp, scallops

*onions, red onions, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, large olives

*pineapple
