cutting out meat and weight lifting?

| i currently lift weights 2-3 x's a week and eat meat. Would like to eat less meat and eventualy cut it out, but wondering if i would still be able to increase muscle. Any vegetarians that work out....are you able to still build muscle and recover in a couple of days, and can u get enough protein from beans and tofu without having to be on constant protein shakes? thanks |
