| OK I already have a similar question but its not getting me anywhere. So heres what Im looking for On Jon and Kate plus8 Jon make a traditonal Hawaiian/Korean dinner I found a recipe for home made Kimchee, and for Hawaiann Fried rice. The beef that he grilled I think its called Pogugi but Im darn sure I have the spelling so screwed up. Its marinated Beef for 1 day, cut in to strips like you would for stirfry. Im having issues with my system as its super old and a PITA, so please copy and paste the recipes dont give me a link to go to it will be greatly appreciated. My girls love Jon and Kate and their kids so they wanted to try the some of the same foods they eat on special occasions this is what they picked. Thanks in advance, Hugs to everyone and best wishes |

| There are few thousand Bulgogi recipes, but... 2 pounds of thinly sliced rib eye 1/2 of white onions thinly ring sliced few green onions roughly chopped pinch of black pepper (Blend following in a food processor to as sauce) 2 tbl spoon soy sauce 2 teaspoon of minced garlic 2 tablespoon of dark syrup 1 tablespoon of Sake 1/2 cup of white onion 1/2 of kiwi or 1/4 of asian pear pinch of msg (if you don't care) dash of sesame seed oil -Pepper the beef very lightly -mix the blended sauce, sliced onions, sliced green onions, and beef together. -Let it sit 30 mins. 10 mins, if you're in a hurry. -If I want to marinade it overnight, I freeze it, but it's up to you. -Grill or Fry and eat. Right before you fry on the grill, I toss the beef with sesame seed oil (2 tea spoon at most). This is a 'dry' recipe. Restaurant 'wet' brine recipe uses diluted soy sauce that can sit in the brine without changing the flavor much. This recipe turns into a beef jerky if you wait too long. |
