| Kate Plus 8 last night? It was some kind of marinade he lefton the beef over night and then he bbq'd it. I can't recall what he called the marinade, but said it was a secret recipe! Okay, I just saw it's called "PULKOGI" One more time, it's called: BULGOGI sorry, I heard it wrong before ![]() |

| There's about 2000 variations of the Bulgogi recipe. Core ingredient is soy sauce, garlic, onions (ground up mostly), and some form of sugar (pear and syrup for me). There is dry variety where you use straight soy sauce or wet variety (most restaurants) where diluted soy sauce is used where meat soaks in vat of brine. There is so many options to go. It's akin to Barbecue recipes in US. |
