| Hey, I'm Korean and 15 years young. I'm starting to work out and just bought the perfect pushup. Back when I was working out rigourously I could do many sets of 20 normal pushups, but now that I have returned I can only do like 3 sets of 15 perfect pushups. (lol) So to the point. Obviously muscles come with good exercise and health, and that means food. I eat korean food daily (kimchi, kimchi soup, soy beans, soy bean soup, seaweed (and soup!) eggs, and of course plenty of white rice.) I was wondering if this is a good diet? Thanks. Also, how long should I rest between sets of pushups? I heard it needs to be constant. And how many days of working out should I do before I take a rest day? And don't mind my icon, I'm a guy. |
