Default How many calories are there in Korean food? / How many calories should I loose a day?

So basically a meal would be rice, kimchi, cucumbers, veggiess..spicy stuff..you know korean food. lol (thats what I eat pretty much everyday)

How many calories would be normal to take in a day?
And how many calories should I loose a day?
I'm not trying to loose weight fast, I just want to loose extra baggage whenever and just be healthy, xDD

And maybe some tips on loosing between your thigh fat/armpiit between boob fat/belly fat..thatd be nice too..LOL

If it changed anything at all, I'm a 16 year old female.. about 5'8 and 150lbs? Im not sure about my weight though.

thank you! <3

I'm around the same height and weight as well i've lost a good deal of weight eating korean food. In terms of balance-- korean food is great because it's low in calories and high in protein and nutrients--but the downside is that there's usually a good amount of sodium. So make sure to drink LOTS of water.

and in terms of the areas you're looking to lose some flab...it's basically all cardio. power walking, running, elliptical, jumping rope, swimming, etc. and for your arms, make sure to do tricep weight exercises. if you don't want to go to the gym and do it formally, you can just dance it off haha.

yea, about 2000 a day is good. you're quite young, so don't go lower than that. and make sure not to eat less than 3 hours before you sleep. that makes a huge difference because your metabolism slows down when you sleep, which means everything you eat will be stored as fat and not metabolized quickly enough.

good luck with everything!
