| This presentation will be done in tandem with a Japanese food demonstration so I was hoping to stay away from Kimbap. Do you know any easy recipe that can be, if not prepared in a non-cooking classroom, than easily assembled in one? Will only have a microwave for heating.Thanks |

| Korean salad Ingredients2 Pkgs. Spinach 2 Cups Water Chestnuts 4 Hard Cooked Eggs 1 Can Bean Sprouts 2 Lbs. Bacon Dressing: 1/2 Cup Salad Oil 1/2 Cup Wine or Taragon Vinegar 1 Med. Onion, sliced thin 1/4 Cup White Sugar 1 Tsp. Salt 1/3 Cup Catsup How to make Korean SaladBreak spinach into small pieces; drain water chestnuts and slice thin. To this, add eggs chopped, well drained bean sprouts and bacon fried crisp and crumbled. Serve with dressing listed. |
