| When I eat in a korean restuarant sometimes i get this stack of square rice noodles that you can peel apart and use to wrap things, but what are they called and where can I get them. The guy at the restaurant said they were called ddeokk (if i spelled that right), but when I try to look it up I only find the fatter cylindrical rice cakes. I'm looking for the flat peeling sheets can anyone help? |
