Which part of China has food that most resembles Korean food?

which chinese city has the most korean style food? teacher asked me this today and i got stuck. i googled this and it hasn't really helped.

The only Chinese Cuisine & City that serves spicy & chili type foods is Szechuan. Good Luck!!!!!
