Default Basic Ice Cream Recipe Rice Milk or Coconut Milk

I need a basic recipe for ice cream using rice milk and/or coconut milk please. No dairy, eggs, soy, or nuts.? We have an ice cream maker and I'm dying to try it out! Can someone help? My daughter is allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and peanuts.

Default coconut creamy non dairy ice cream

in a frozen ice cream machine bowl
add (all needs to be cold except coconut milk in can)

Add 1 and a half cans of hulu coconut juice(whice is younge coconut juice/water-the clear water inside a fresh young coconut, a bit of young coconut pulp thats grated and sugar, o you can easily make this yourself)
1 can is 500mls so you need 750mls
1 can of Ayam coconut milk (only coconut milk nothing else is added to this canned milk) it's 270 mils and I use about 8/10th of it.

Vanilla to taste
and about 2 to 3 table spoons extra sugar.
Mix now in the machine for 40 minutes or however long your machine takes
once made poor into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
this is so creamy, it's beautiful.

Default Cashew Ice Cream recipe - Dairy, Gluten, Wheat and Egg Free

Following is a good cashew nut icecream - unfortunately because of this recipe I found out that my son was allergic to cashews.

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of gelatine over 2 tablespoons cold water in a small heatproof bowl. Stand the bowl in a small saucepan of simmering water and stir until gelatine has dissolved. Cool.

Blend 750 ml of cashew nut milk (process nuts and add water to form a creamy consistency), 30g icing sugar, 60ml canola oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Blend or stir-in 3x425g pears in syrup (drained and pureed) and the cooled gelatine.

Use icecream machine or pour in to metal dish and place in freezer. Freeze until large crystals form. Beat 2-3 minutes. Return to freezer until almost frozen. Beat again. Return to Freezer. Best eaten within 3-4 days.
