What's a good easy homemade ice cream recipe with regular milk?

And other ingredients you can find at home. I need to know right now! Just Vanilla or chocolate ice cream!
I have no whipping cream or half and half.

Well it's going to take a really long time if you make with just milk. In science class (chemistry) we made ice cream! Only it tasted best with the group that used cream. Was also a lot faster.

Fill large bag with ice, and add salt. The thick kind of salt..forget what it's called. Then place a smaller bag in that filled with vanilla extract and milk or cream and sugar. Then securely close each bag. And shake until you have ice cream!

Oh and you may want to wrapp paper towels around the bag (the big one) because your hands will get very cold! And do it outside just incase it leaks.

by accident i left my strawberries in the car, all frozen.... s i threw them in a blender with a little milk and icing sugar, and a moment later i had some icecreamtasting treat

Vanilla -
3 cups milk
2 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups half and half
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
6 cups whipping cream
Preparation:
Scald milk until bubbles form around the edge of pan. Remove from heat; add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla extract and whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate.
