| Hope this helps! Wine is considered a preservative & France is dotted with so many wineries. Also, wine is traditionally served in lunch, dinner meals & liquers for dessert. Wine is paired with the dish prepared. In one meal, one may be served different wines depending on the dish. Therefore the use of different wine glasses are used. |
