Just BBQ Chicken from yesterday, 4/7 - 04ChickenSmokerSmall.jpg (1/1)

These ended up being BBQ'd at around 300 degrees for 1 hour. I turned
them twice (every 20 minutes) and left all the original fat with the
skin so they were well basted. Started skin side up and ended up that
way on the second turning.
