I slice and freeze the okra, will go into soups during winter... okra is very easy to grow and its blossoms put orchids to shame. Those are actually summer squash, like giant patty pan... the shelf life is about the same, short, so I give a lot away... I grilled some a couple of weeks ago, with chicken breasts, and posted the pictures. Sheldon |
