My microwave have grill feature and also automatic setting for stuffs drinks, ready meals, chicken pieces etc........ so what i want to know is what setting should i use to roast the whole chicken and the time? thanks Last edited by preet : 07-18-2008 at 06:07 PM. |

| Beware that cooking meat with micro waves makes the latter like caoutchouc !! impossible to eat it. Now if your over has grill capacity, it should be ok. Here is the simplest recipe : Buy a good chicken, farm-raised. little bit more expensive, but at least it has a taste. Now, pour olive oil on the chicken, and friction with coarsed salt. then add lemon juice on top, and keep frictionning. add fresh gorunded pepper salt and pepper in the inside. Place the reminder of the lemon inside the chicken. add herbs if you have , like bay leaves. Heat the oven (260°C) , and when the oven is hot, put the chicken for 45 minutes. There you are. tastes good, I promise |
