ever dropped food in the floor but served it anyways...hey nobody saw! right?

I'm a professional cook in a hospital and I NEVER do that. I've seen others do it in my kitchen, but it sure takes discipline to do it right.

I've read an article about how bacteria takes about 10sec to move onto food that touches the floor. But I think that once stuff stick to grease, glazing, frosting, and what ever sticky surface cover there is, so NO.
