| I'm a professional cook in a hospital and I NEVER do that. I've seen others do it in my kitchen, but it sure takes discipline to do it right.

| I've read an article about how bacteria takes about 10sec to move onto food that touches the floor. But I think that once stuff stick to grease, glazing, frosting, and what ever sticky surface cover there is, so NO. |
