Substituting sweetened condensed milk for eggs in cookie recipe.?

Default Substituting sweetened condensed milk for eggs in cookie recipe.?

I want to make really spectacular but eggless chocolate chip cookies - not an easy feat.
Given that eggs help the cookies both bond and rise, how do you think I'd go substituting sweetened condensed milk and baking powder for eggs - these are the ingredients I normally use:

2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

But I was thinking, maybe substitute sweetened condensed milk for the binding bit, and isn't there some trick with baking powder and (for some reason I'm thinking) vinegar to replace the rising properties of the egg?

I want to make cookies for a friend who's allergic to eggs.

Or, as another resort (not a last one) - does anyone have a really brilliant chocolate chip cookie recipe that doesn't use eggs? Thanks all!
