| Also has anyone tried recipes from either of these cookbooks? -Steven Raichlen's Healthy Latin Cooking: 200 Sizzling Recipes from Mexico, Cuba, Caribbean, Brazil, and Beyond by Steven Raichlen -The Biggest Loser Cookbook: More Than 125 Healthy, Delicious Recipes Adapted from NBC's Hit Show by Devin Alexander I asked this in the diet & fitness forum & but only got one response. This is probably the better category to ask in. |

| Anything by Janet and Greta Podleski. They have 3 so far and they are all great. They take normal recipes and make them healthier and they also have tips and suggestions on every page. I have two of them and they are useful and informative. Never tried the other cookbooks you mentioned. Good luck! |
