I am fasting for Easter. Any good vegan recipes?

 I am fasting for Easter. Any good vegan recipes? I cannot eat anything that comes from an animal (including butter, eggs, fish). Can only consume veggies, fruit, shellfish and oil. Any good simple vegan recipes would be appreciated. Yes I can eat shellfish for some reason. Don't know why, it is part of the fasting. I think they don't consider it an animal because it has no bones. Anyways. Please help, I am eating the same every day so far, soups, pasta, jacket potato with soya mince. I hate soya, but will keep the fasting and keep eating I guess. Vegans you are heroes.  |
