Default I am looking for a chinese recipe?

does anyone have a good recipe for chinese chicken, ginger and spring onion I had this from my local chinese last night and loved it it was a really nice combination and seemed quite simple

pork kicap
first take some mud and put inside the bud then,putit in the oven after, put abottle of soya source then enjoy

* 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil, divided
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 1 cup julienned carrots
* 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
* 1 cup fresh pea pods
* 1/4 cup sliced green onions
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup chicken broth
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* Hot cooked rice
* Sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove chicken and set aside. In remaining oil, stir-fry broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, pea pod and onions for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet. Combine mayonnaise, broth, garlic, soy sauce and ginger; add to skillet. Reduce heat and cook until heated through. Serve over rice and sprinkle with almonds if desired.

Spring Onion Chicken Recipe
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 stalks spring onion
- a few slices ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 pc rock sugar
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth

Directions
Debone chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate with dark soy sauce and set aside for about 15 minutes.
Heat up 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok. While doing so, cut spring onion on the bias into one and a half inch pieces. Cut ginger into slices.
Stir fry garlic and chicken until chicken changes color. Set aside.
Stir fry ginger and spring onions until fragrant. Add chicken, rice wine, rock sugar and water (or chicken broth). Mix well, cover wok and allow to braise over low heat for about 10 minutes
