Default help with a Chinese recipe???? Please Help!! ?????????? ?

I Found a Chinese recipe website, but when i used a Internet translator, the recipe came out like this:

Canned corn 160 grams, two eggs, canned mushrooms 40 grams, five grams of starch, milk, 100 grams, net Donggu, mirrin of 25 grams, 20 grams of fresh peas tablets, 4 grams salt, onions, ginger to 1 gram. all the food amounts are in grams! i don't know anything about grams.
Does anyone know how to read this? If so can you tell me how much to use of each ingredient using standard american measurements? ( Teaspoon, Tablespoon , Cup , ect.)
I would appreciate it VERY much!
