I'm looking for a Chicken Salad Recipe that's a crowd pleaser?

I don't enjoy bland food, and I've found that a lot of traditional Chicken Salad recipes fall short in regard to flavor. I'm looking for something zesty, but I'll settle for something new with strong bold flavor that tickles my tastebuds.

3 cans chicken
3 chopped celery
3 diced green onions
2 chopped cucumbers
1 lg. chopped avocados
1 lg. chopped tomato
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
Fritos

Toss all the ingredients together. Mix 1 pound Velveeta cheese over double boiler; add 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes and mix well. Crumble handful of Fritos over each individual serving of salad and top with hot Rotel cheese.
