Pesto:
1 bunch basil
Small bunch spinach
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Small Handful of Pine Nuts
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. garlic salt or salt
___

Cream sauce:
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 package cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded parmesan

___

Grilled chicken breasts
Baked or fried bacon, crumbled

In a food processor, put all of the pesto ingredients and 1/4 cup warm water and blend until pureed. You'll need to scrape down the sides a couple times. *You can use walnuts instead of pine nuts, if you wish.

In a sauce pan, bring heavy cream to hot, add in cream cheese and reduce heat to medium. Stir constantly to incorporate cream cheese. Add in garlic powder, butter, salt and pepper and cook over low/medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Whisk in parmesan gradually.

Stir the pesto into the cream sauce and serve over pasta with grilled chicken breasts and bacon if you wish.

You can add the bacon into the sauce, but I'd add it after for a garnish.
