Is it safe to cook and eat chicken that was left outside of the freezer?

 Is it safe to cook and eat chicken that was left outside of the freezer? My mom marinated chicken yesterday with seasoning and all that and put it in the freezer. About 4 hours ago today, she took the chicken out to check on it and accidentaly left it outside of the freezer. Now it's been 4 hours it has been outside of the fridge. The room temperature is about 77 degrees F. Is it safe to cook and eat?  |
